Communicative competence of elementary school teachers

The article considers the problem of teacher's professional communication through prism his/her communicative competence formation. authors present their own approach to essence concept “communicative competence”. value personal qualities teacher in establishing relations system “teacher-student” and development was found out. aim determine features formation elementary school teacher, application practical activity; main conditions techniques successful pedagogical communication; characteristics structure competence. To disclose issue we used general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison), interdisciplinary (interview, conversation, observation) mathematical statistics. In order empirically study process a conducted research among students who had experience classes school. sample consisted 200 applicants for specialty “Elementary education”. results showed that dominant majority respondents have no difficulties communication. They are able provide with necessary instructional material establish trusting relationship them. However, presence insecure about indicates need introduce new approaches training future specialists into educational space higher education.
